Every time I pass San Guan Wang Taro Ice City, I’m drawn in by the irresistible aroma of taro balls. This time, I finally couldn’t resist trying it out! I ordered their signature “Taro Balls with Sago,” and when it arrived, it was a bowl overflowing with taro balls, sago, and crystal-clear ice cubes, truly tempting!
The taro balls were soft, chewy, and bouncy, with each bite bursting with rich taro flavor. They had a wonderful texture, chewy but not too firm, and I just couldn’t stop myself from eating them! The sago was another highlight, smooth and creamy, and together with the taro balls, every mouthful was a delightful experience.
I especially loved their sugar water. The sweetness was just right, not overly sweet, with a faint sweetness that made the whole bowl of taro balls with sago even more refreshing and delicious.
